This is the very first book I fully write.
To get my Bachelor's degree, and become a Visual Communications professional, I had to overcome a number of challenges and one of those was writing a thesis. It took me a very long time to decide which to pick because all of my ideas were rejected and that barely cost me to fail the last semester of the career. Years passed until I finally made the decision to change my life and get my thesis done. I decided to take a seminar. My new synodal suggested me to write about my favorite band. So, that was it. Finally had a topic to talk about!

My thesis is a semiotic analysis of some of the album covers of the Finnish band called H.I.M which happens to be my favorite band because of their usage of symbols of all kinds. I think they had a very good taste in colors, typography and usage of light and shadows. 
Watching them playing live was total semiotic experience, too. From the stage and props to their usage of stage color lightning and fog machines to their music it self which is full of "Charles Baudelaire" poetry like lyrics and dark melancholic atmospheres.
